Professional Services: PCP for Digital Advertising Professionals
Reskill your competencies to take on new jobs
What is it?

The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Digital Advertising Professionals aims to upskill and develop executive and managerial level employees from related design disciplines, into digital advertising jobs in the advertising and creative agencies.

Individuals who attend the PCP will be trained to transform their design thinking into innovative thinking, from aesthetic communication designs to impactful business solutions with creative technologies and design crafts across business sectors and different media platforms. This PCP is also suitable to enhance individuals’ employability in digital advertising by providing them with classroom training in latest knowledge and trends, and real experience in the field through On-the-Job (OJT) training, enabling them to make a career switch and take on new or expanded job roles in the Design & Advertising sector.

The programme will equip entrants with the relevant digital and strategic skills to perform job roles such as influential digital specialists, marketing strategists, innovators and coders.
