What is it?

This Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Air Transport Professionals aims to equip mid-career PMETs with the necessary competencies to take up roles in the areas of Airport Ground Handling, Airline Operation and Management, and Airport Management. 

Participants will undergo up to 12 months of classroom and On-the-Job training (OJT) determined by the company, capped at 6 months of salary support.  

 


Who can apply?

To apply, you should:

  • Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;
  • Be at least 21 year old;
  • Have fulfilled NS obligations or graduation for at least 2 years;
  • Be newly hired and nominated by an eligible participating company for the PCP; and
  • Not be in a similar job role prior to joining the PCP.

Applications received would be forwarded to participating employers for shortlisting. Shortlisted candidates have to go through the participating employer’s selection progress, which is the same as that of a normal job application. The candidate has to be offered employed by a participating company before embarking on the programme.
